Wingsuits over Skydive Sebastian With Redbull Air Force
Jeff Nebelkopf got on a few loads with the Reb Bull Airforce, and made some nice shots of the team and their cameraman doing practice jumps for a wingsuit sequence in the Imax 3D movie they will be shooting in a few weeks time.

Philippines 2010
The Ozone Team had a super fun trip to the Philippines. BASE jumping in downtown Manila, paragliding, speed flying and some formation wingsuit flights. Mike Steen, Mattt Gerdes, Carson Klein, Cade Palmer and Mathieu Rouanet rounded out the group. A big thanks goes out to Buko, Beng, Rose, Jun, Jason, JJ, Raffy, Edsel and everyone else who helped make the trip possible.

Over the last six years Phoenix Fly have worked hard to bring you the best quality wingsuits we can.
We strive to make the best performing suits, while keeping you as safe as possible.
We're proud of what we produce, but are even more proud of being a part of the wingsuit community - skydiving and BASE - and seeing it grow in popularity as much as it has.
Thank you to everyone for your support. 2009 has been an amazing year and we genuinely couldn't have done the things we have without you.

Joey in 5 minutes

3rd International Artistic Wingsuit Competition
For those of you who don't read dropzone.com regularly; The date and location for the 3rd edition of the International Artistic Wingsuit Competition has been set.
The competition will be held at Terni, Italy again, like last year. The dates are September 11-14 (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday). Thursday and Friday are available as training days.
'Wings over Gransee' (in Germany; a solo time, distance, and speed competition) is directly after the 3rd International Wingsuit Competition, giving visitors from outside Europe a great opportunity to come and play, and enter in multiple competitions.
There will soon be another website update with more information on travel, accomodation, and of course the competition details. We'll post about it here again the minute its online.

This is the cover of the Aviation Magazine using a wingsuit photo. This is first time that an Aviation Magazine from South America is putting an skydiving photo on the cover and recognizing a wingsuit as a WING.
The guy on the cover is a member of our Argentinian Wingsuit Team ANEMOI.

Japanese wingsuiter Shin Ito featured on Japanese TV
JR Rodriguez kindly uploaded this video of a feature on Japanese TV of Japanese wingsuiter Shin Ito as he was participating at the Wingsuit Bigway 2009 at Elsinore; also a section on a high-altitude (34,000ft) jump he did.
The video features all sorts of typical hilarious Japanese voiceovers and "show audience" sounds going "ooh, aaah". It would be cool there were English subs, I'd sure like to know what they are saying. I wonder if they butcher the figures, stats and capabilities of the wingsuit like the English whuffo media do.
